Rehabilitation Centre
for Children & Orphans (RCCO),
Kathmandu, Nepal was founded to act as a non-profit,
child development organization. It was set up to
foster full and harmonious development of children’s
personality. The founder of RCCO has two years experience
dealing with the children whose family are the victims
of violence, trotures, murders, abduction and looting
of the so-called ‘Conflict and War’.
RCCO, since its inception, has been helping these
children in terms of their welfare and rehabilitation
into the society.
The organization
is registered in District Administration
Office, Kathmandu and is affiliated with
Social Welfare Council, Nepal.
RCCO has been accommodating and providing relief
to children of several districts from the East
to Far West regions of Nepal. The principal aim
of the organization has been to provide food,
security and education to the conflict-hit children
to grow up in a family environment, in an atmosphere
of happiness, love and understanding. It has been
